They had this horrible manager by the name of Letty. They did rite by firing her and promoted her assistant Lizet which they should have done sooner but the pandemic postponed things. Since then Lizet and MJ have done an outstanding job with everything. They are quick to respond if you have issues with your apartment. They replaced the washing machines with new ones. The working environment seems healthy and for once all the people who work on this property are happy. Lizet and MJ need to be commended for turning things around like they did. Maintenance priority's are a joke. No runing hot water on more than one occasion for over a week. They obviously don't care about the tenant's health issues and on property management plays favorite's with the Spanish tenants. I gave them one star only because I have to to post but these joker's deserve negative ten stars

I live at Deasert Meadows property that's managed by Lizet. She's a newly appointed manager been in the position for about 1yr now and she's amazingly terrific. From the first week that she got promoted she turned this property around 100%. Any time that we needed repairs, she gets them done in a timely fashion. She has excellent communication skills and she sends good vibes to her staff too. You cannot ask for a better maintenance staff either. They are kind, happy, courteous and good at getting repairs done correctly. These old reviews from customers may be truthful. But when it comes to this property they have turned over a new leave around here. They cleaned house & got rid of the old employees who were lazy, rude and untrustworthy and they replaced them with the best manager one could ever ask for named Lizet along with the best maintenance crew as well. I give credit to this company for turning things around and providing excellent service to their clients tenants. Thanks Lizet and thank you to the management company for picking the rite people to service their clients. Best Wishes, Verian Liza
