I recently utilized Jim Eagan and Limestone Investments to secure a rental home in the Las Vegas area. Jim made the process so smooth and effortless. He addressed every possible question I had and relieved as much stress as possible during the move. He has followed up, ensuring everything was going well. My previous experience with a "managed" property was challenging but Jim has eclipsed all expectations. I am extremely pleased and look forward to my time in this property and the experience to come. I am so thankful for Jim Eagan and Limestone Investments. I usually manage my investment property by myself, but I had a major leak, and found myself in over my head. Jim helped me navigate the situation with an understandably upset tenant, guided me through the insurance claim and restoration process (which is a months long process), and helped me find a new tenant. My new tenant moved in just a few days after the restoration was complete! I really appreciate Jims experience and expertise, and will be referring my friends.

Jim and his team have been excellent to work with. We tried managing our property by ourselves but with us being out of state, we needed someone who is local who can take care of things when they come up. We found Jim through a referral and we have been so happy with how easy it has been. Everything is automated and we havent had to think about it for the full year weve been with them. For the 12 month lease end, Jims assistant made a video for us of the property as it is now which was super helpful as well. They give us updates about the Las Vegas real estate rental market and we feel like they really are experts in their field. We would 100% recommend Limestone Investments.
