        Customer service is horrible they don't accept 3rd party payments for move in ..I see the owner responded.but I never applied owner so I wasn't declined it was your policies and the ppl you hired (owner)to deliver customer service to possible or future tenants.(owner)

        I have been working with Key Property Management for almost 11 years...When I first left Las Vegas/Henderson (and thought I could manage properties from the other side of the country!), Brian and Randy helped me out when an AC went out in the middle of July in one of my properties...they stepped in, and took such great care of the tenants (and of me!). I've loved working with the team ever since (Shayna--thank you for EVERYTHING). For 11 years, they have kept my homes rented, in great shape, and the team is a joy to work with. If you need a property management company, I couldn't give a higher recommendation!
