This is a stand up group they respond, they fix problems, and you can talk to them. I have rented from them for 6 years. The staff are all first class and really are the best I have ever encountered.

We've been very happy with Solutions as our landlords in Las Vegas. They respond to every issue we have on the same day - including some tough ones like air conditioners going out during the summer or the refrigerator freezing over. They are quick to replace appliances with no questions asked. Reading about some of the terrible things other landlords are doing in Las Vegas and elsewhere to hit tenants with fees for garbage or other usually included items as back-door rent increases made me think to come here and give them a positive review. If you see them as your management company you can expect fair-and-better treatment.

Great to work with. Always respond quickly if there is an issue and send someone out to fix it. Has been a pleasure to work with them.
