        These people do not care about anything and do not follow up on anything. It took them 3 months to get someone to f ix my leaking roof. I sent several emails to karen and she did not care one bit. She needs to be fired.

        I have emailed and left phone messages and I am unable to even get a return call from the manager Abbey of Spanish Steps Boulder City. It seems the issue is something she doesn't want to deal with, so she is just ignoring it. Just terrible service.
