RPM has got to be just as bad as the prior management company. The leasing office does not ever answer their phones, and if you go into their office they can never "find your lease, find the form you need or help you with anything but give you the run around. Prior management (PMG Property Management )- prior to RPM stole money orders for rent/deposits and the new Regional Manager apologized for the missing funds and assured me he would get my account credited - almost one year later - NOTHING . RMP Corporate does not ever answer their phones either, nor do they respond to "email requests". I have been waiting for over 9 months to get this resolved. TRUST ME I will not be renewing my lease. I will NOT recommend Tides at North Paradise, Las Vegas, NV at all to anyone. Please do not respond saying you have reached out to the local team and they have tried to address the situation on the missing funds. Credit the funds back to my account and things will be much better for all involved.

I applied for Tides at North Paradise in august 2023 to move in September 18th 2023, I paid $70 for app fee and $200 for admin fee, I was approved before they could get the employment verification back I knew what unit I was being giving and everything, i even paid $32.80 on click pay for liability fee wavier, I was supposed to sign my lease September 20th 2023 instead the denied me cause the employment verification, told me refund takes up to 30days, its January 2024 and still no response on my refund I called corporate and told them what was going on and someone finally reached out to me and left a voicemail from tides to give them an updated address to send my refund in the mail, Ive been emailing and leaving voicemails with my updated address and no one is reach back out to me, and I shouldnt have to wait 3 1/2-4 months on a refund That only takes up to 30days, I just want my refund!
