I am very impressed with the level of customer service I have received from Ziprent. This was my first time working with a virtual property management. The application process was easy, and my favorite part was that Ziprent kept following up with the property owner until they reached a decision. Their customer service was great and so were the updates. I always knew where I stood in the process without having to initiate contact first. I highly recommend Ziprent for anyones property management needs.

I have been a customer of the property management side since 2019. I definitely have found this valuable. This was first for a tenant placement for another property I purchased. Experience was a just as good. The value is definitively there from a cost of acquisition pov. Also the time to signing a lease starting from listing the property was short... so for me time to money is fast.

Ziprent has been a really great way to manage renting out our property for the first time. We didnt know where to start and when I called them initially they were very helpful in giving me the rundown on how it works and what to expect. They quickly got a photographer in there to get the property listed, and gave us tips on what to improve and what to price it at. This process can be a confusing and overwhelming task but they made it quite simple! Constructive feedback was taken kindly and they are constantly looking to improve the tenant and landlord experience. I see a lot of potential in their business and they are a fair price. Check them out!
