I got an email i had gotten approved for a place, and once i got asked to reach out to the property manager to discuss my next steps. I got told the apartment i applied for was rented out already after I've gotten an email that said i was approved for that specific apartment. Got told 2 more apartments were available in that complex, And still haven't heard back.

Hi there! I just wanted write my review and my experience dealing with Atlas but mostly about Jessi Cabrera and Vanessa Zempoalteca. I am an old woman and have been around the rental block and I must say Jessi and Vanessa are hands down, THE BEST! The house I moved into was kind of a desperate situation with the market going crazy and I wasn't completely happy with the place but Jessi absolutely made up for it all! She responds and helps and gets things fixed immediately! I can honestly say it took about 24 hours before I would hear from a vendor who was calling to make an appt to come over to fix the issue I was having and all of their vendors were super nice and professional as well! There was a time I had surgery and she even sent me a gift basket filled with "get well" goods and I have NEVER EVER thought or felt any landlord care like that but she absolutely did and it made my year! I had the honor of meeting Vanessa during a home inspection and she was so nice, so sweet, loved my dog, which made me love her immediately! She was friendly, funny, asked questions about the house to see if anything needed to be fixed before my departure, asked about the neighborhood and was very hands on. I've had THE BEST experience with Atlas and these ladies, they really go above and beyond and I will miss them! I wish I could pack them up and move them with me to manage the new house I will be renting! It feels like bitter sweet for me. These 2 women are like no other and they really made me feel comfortable, at home, helped me with anything I needed, showed they cared about me and I'm sorry but I have NEVER, EVER, had a better team to work with while residing in their rental! NEVER, EVER had such an amazing experience with a property management company. I truly, truly, truly appreciate these girls so much! They are simply AMAZING AND I GIVE 10 STARS! Thank you Atlas for having such a great team. Whatever you're doing please keep doing it! Amazing, amazing, amazing!!!!! - Tanya C.
