They have to be moved into was not really ready for anybody to move in. The storage house outside was completely full of junk and dirt and trash from the previous owners. The garage was the same and the cabinet doors in the garage was torn off the cabinets also garage was never painted garage door was squeaking a lot and I had to fix it myself because they wouldn't. The front door knob on the inside of the dummy door was hanging on by one screw when we moved in. All of the wonders in this house need to be replaced you can see light through the cracks and also the front door and the sliding glass doors let her in so we are always having a higher electric bill because the air conditioner and heater is always running. The paint on the front walkway was cracking up and was a safety hazard they finally fixed it after months of us saying something to them about it. All the floor tiles that they did in the house was done unprofessionally. You can hear Hollow spots in some tiles and sometimes are coming up the grout between the towels are coming up.

I have been renting a property from this company for about a year and a half now and I dont think I can say enough good things from the initial move in to now I have never had a problem every time I need a repair they fix it in a timely manner I had one of my a/c units go out last year it was fixed within a few days the other one went out this week two days fixed I hear so many horrible stories about people going weeks without a/c because their property management cant get it together I have had an amazing experience with amwest and Liz is amazing

Avoid at all cost. These people have been trying to scam us out of money since we moved in 2 years ago. Upon move out, they remodeled the entire house, re-listed it on Zillow for upwards of $900. Then they promptly sent us the bill for the remodels and are demanding we pay it. DO NOT ASSOCIATE YOURSELF WITH THIS PM COMPANY. They mistakingly sent us a rent increase in the middle of our lease (in the middle of a pandemic, for that matter), THEY PAINTED OVER MOLD, now theyre trying to charge us for the repairs they refused to make. Had we not had legal help at the time, Im certain they would have taken advantage of the situation. Unfortunately, we are finding ourselves in a similar situation YET AGAIN to the point well need an attorney. Save yourself some grief and a lot of money, steer clear of AmWest Properties.
