Since they bought my property, I have only had a good experience with Caitlyn(probably spelled wrong) and Bernie. Compared to the previous 2 property owners, they are a godsend.

just started using them, for my rental properties....so far so good, they have taken care of all the issues concerning a delinquent renter and have communicated well....my only complaint is the portal....i cannot view deductions from renters.

This is a great company to rent with. They have been great thus far I have no complaints. Any issues with the rental they take care of it right away. Highly recommend!

Nevada State Properties managed my rental property for many years and did an outstanding job. When the time came for me to sell the property I was lucky to find Victoria Floyd a Realtor who was with NSP and she was a dream to work with! Smart effective and very nice. The property needed a great deal of work for it to be market ready. Elisa Durazo from Victoria's NSP team led the rehabilitation effort and was absolutely amazing!! From landscaping to kitchen and bath rehab painting flooring the whole nine yards she had a handle on every aspect of the project from day one.With in a three week period because of her many contacts the project completed in an efficient cost effective manner. Elisa great eye for rehabbing the properties pay off! The Place looked beautiful. She added great value and bang for the buck. Elisa is a super star!
