My daughter rented a home recently from Kasco PM and had to do so site unseen due to a quite job transfer. Did everything online, phone and email, I had to co-sign so they wouldn't have to pay a double deposit. They were charged a non refundable cleaning fee, no problem right wrong, they walk-in to this home in a beautiful neighborhood in Henderson with my 2 young granddaughters and found a disgusting filthy mess and to top it off broken glass. Thankfully my 3 yr old granddaughter didn't walk in a cut up her feet. The carpet wasn't cleaned and has pet urine through out and black stains through out, the tubs dirty and food found in the freezer.

I've used them as a renter on two occasions. Knock on wooed, no problems during either period. I guess it depends on who the property owner is on the other end. All of my property complaints were handled pretty quickly and there was never a back and forth debate, which I had to deal with when renting from property owners directly.

We applied to rent a home on the basis of the rent amount advertised. After we applied we were told the rent was $125 more expensive than advertised. Classic bait and switch. We will never use this real estate agency again.

My experience is as followed: I rented a property from themThey asked for a 200$ cleaning deposit, and then hired three separate companies to perform cleaning and general maintenance when there was absolutely nothing that needed maintaining. I was changed 220$ for front yard maintenance on a property that has no front yard (the front yard is 3 bushes and stone). I was charged an additional 195$ for a maintenance man to change a light bulb and smoke detector batteries. I was over charged for carpet cleaning as well. The details go on and on, but they withheld nearly 1,000 of my original security deposit without any explanation when I showed up at their office to inquire about overcharges. They were rude and dismissive. Heidi Kasama refused to answer any questions, and I received 475$ out of a 1400$ security deposit. She is a thief, and I highly suggest to not rent from this realty company. They are not honest, and will steal your money.
