My wife and I moved to Henderson NV from the east coast and worked directly with Val. This was one of the most pleasant years of our life. From the day we inquired about this rental property to the day we moved out Val and Lantana Property Management were professional and the top of their game. When we had service concerns they were addressed in a timely manner. All communications were replied to within 24 hrs. All expectations of the property and its management were met. When my family and I PCS'd to Las Vegas, we found it difficult to find a suitable place due to only being able to view properties online. However, with all our concerns in mind, Valeria the team at Lanata, promptly addressed any and all questions we had about their properties. Upon arriving in Vegas, Val ensure an easy transition into the property that we would call home for a year. Throughout that time, she ensured that any issues were handled expeditiously. Horrible management, was forced to live in a unit that was declared uninhabitable by the state due to mold and structural issues. After a lengthy legal battle was ensued for their illegal practices, was threatened and insulted. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy, much less anyone else.
