    I'm litigating a workers compensation case, and I received a tow notice on my car 2 days ago. I had to surrender my plate registration due to issues with my case (I have to wait to go before the judge the end of July, it's March) I called both the tow company which advised me to call the HOA. I was advised to write an email to the HOA Manager giving them the information behind my circumstance, and they said they would put me on a no tow list. I found my car was towed this morning. I'm disabled and they towed my car! I can't register it due to my disability litigation. This can't be legal. Update: I sent another email to which was answered Apr 1 2024. I answered promptly, and they didn't reply to that email until Apr 3rd. They offered me to July 31st get my registration and when I asked them to facilitate the return of my car, they revoked their offer and gave me 14 days and a meeting with the board. I have to say that even though I'm disabled I am better at handing correspondence. My life is hard enough as it is. I worked hard for my car, and by them towing it and not replying in a timely manner is just terrible. I was at a loss already before they towed my car. They can put my information into the police database, but they can't reply to my email, and they can't give me the correct email address to email them as instructed, and my car is gone. FAIL! But they have their car, right? I would really wonder how they felt if they were in my shoes. I can't even tell you what I've been through without this added to my troubles.

    They are the worst, I received a fine a year after a violation (for something that they dont even know) they came up but a violation that happened on Feb las year (2023) never got a second courtesy letter or even a 3rd one because we dis what we have to and know they board decided ti fine us because we didnt reply the 1st letter they send us. Its ridiculous, btw the claim lady was really rude. We have never responded a letter since we move here (2009) .

    I have unfortunately had a frustrating experience with this HOA company since the beginning of ownership in Skypointe. They have not resolved a matter from closing which was that I paid twice for HOA fees. They kept saying they would look into it but have not reconciled it for two years. They also charge late charges when I had payments in auto pay and have not credited it back to me. Now the gate has not worked with the now code that dials my number and they are not helping me solve it. This HOA management company is lacking to say the least.

    Throughly disappointed in this company. Quick to collect my HOA dues every month but Ive been dealing with a ceiling leak and have had next to NO help. Id give no stars if that was an option

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was informed that the person I was speaking with was the supervisor only for them to hang up on me. Person on phone was also insulting. Staff very unprofessional. Left me feeling like the treatment we received was due to our nationality.
