    Wouldn't be bothered if I were you but based on personal experience is always an option. Try them, you might get lucky and have a good experience.

    We're tennants who just signed a lease on a new house rental with Sterling Property Management. The front desk was helpful when we went in to apply for our new house, and they got back to us quickly with everything they needed/updates on whether or not the landlord would take our pet. Once we got the house, Bruce was great with helping us get everything together. Funny guy & enjoyable to be around. I'll update this review as our lease progresses, but so far we're happy with this management company and the house we've found. Thanks guys!

    Hands down the worst experience I have had with a property management group. Rented a property for a year and after moving out, was deducted multiple funds for unrelated discrepancies that were not discussed during the walk through. After making multiple calls and sending multiple emails regarding the additional charges, asking for receipts and proof of purchases, I received no response from Bruce and the rest of the team. Avoid using this reality group as they will look to take advantage in any way possible to make a quick buck.

    I am a tenant. They tell you you can pay your rent on line. My first month the 31st of the month was on a Friday. I tried to pay my rent on line Friday night after I got home from work. The website wouldn't work for some reason. I called their office trying to find out how to use website. I didn't get a return call until Monday morning from Bruce. He said I would be charged $120 late fees and it had to be a certified check brought in to their office today before noon or more late fees will be added. I don't think I should have been charged when I would have brought in the rent Sat. morning to avoid late fees,but with no call back I wasn't sure what to do. The second month I pay on line on the 29th of the month. I have business checks and the routing numbers are reversed..the website took my payment and gave me a receipt saying paid. On the 6th they call and say it didn't go through. Now I have late fees again. (the money is there just routing number and account number were reversed) Again I get late fees when if I had know I would have brought the money to them.
