I guess the management is bored again this time. This company needs better else to do instead of policing vehicles that are parked on residents' driveway. The violation stated on the letter vehicle sticking out of the driveway is outrageously stupid. Seriously, residents are in and out of the house, how are you going to flag residents about having cars parked ? Are you guys out of your mind? Instead of doing nonsense, why don't you do something about that park in the corner? Or how about numerous thefts going around the neighborhood? If you guys can't do something actually productive, go f-off.

Just try and get them to answer their phone! Or call back if you leave a message! They don't address emails of violations in any way or even to let you know they may be working on it. RESPONSE to Regal answer below : By the way my review is not your only bad review and you trying to worm your way out of another bad review by leaving a message for me on the phone to ask me to take down my review I have to following to say: First, I called you 3 times with no return call until I left you a bad review. Then you called. Second, you should read your letter from me more carefully. No where in my letter did I mention "Nellis" Air force Base jets or the word "Nellis" nor did ask you to "Alter their flight plans" Are you crazy. I did not say one word about air traffic from "Nellis Air Force Base" as I know damn well they don't fly over this area. You are lying! I simply asked you if you knew why our community DIME 3 55+ is in the flight pattern for the past year when it never was previously. Anyone would know I meant the Commercial Aircraft pattern that is going over this community one after another. FYI Nellis Air Force Jets do not have a "flight pattern" like commercial jets that are going over this community every 3 minutes apart all day. Ask your residents about the flight pattern over us they are all talking about it. Never have we had Air Force Jets flying over this community ( they take off and land to the North FYI) Also NOTE if I saw and heard Air Force Jets I wouldn't be so stupid as ask your little property management company to "Alter their flight paths". That's a good one though!! With your ridiculous reply to me now I know why your company gets so many one star reviews.
