My apartment was broken into by people in the complex. They kicked the door in and it was so cheap it was broken in half. I filed a police report and informed the landlords. They came to fix it but gave me a no cause notice to move out. As if Im the reason the apartment was broken into. These people are exactly what everyone says they are. They werent going to let us move in if I didnt have a husband because I have children.

I had a great time speaking with the owners, Mr David Roe and his wife, very nice people who I have known for at least 6 years and they have always treated me nice and respectful, so I have nothing but good vibes and comments, stay strong

I wish I could leave zero stars. This was the worst landlord experience of my life. So many issues arose while living there and they were always slow to fix any of them. I constantly caught them watering the grass I had already watered, driving my water bill up to $600 one month. They refused to help pay for that. I was at home nursing my son when they just walked in. They lied to me and told me it was an inspection. I told them they had to give me due notice. They left and never called, or came back with notice We had been there a month. Caught them looking in the window countless times. After six months I had a few complaints that I tried to address with Mary and she told me it wasn't her fault that I messed my life up so much that I had to live there. Uh, it's your property and you think it's horrible? Also, we lived there to save up money for a down payment on a house! Gave notice 30 days before our lease ran out. Although we had it in writing that the deposit included 30 days rent for our final month, they skewed it,.made up a reason to give us notice and we had 7 days to move out. Horrible, unchristian people always behaving as if they are better than everyone.

I called Roe Reality about a for rent sign located in 2637 Soledad Way, North Las Vegas, NV,89030. The man asked me if the house would be for me or someone else. I told him I was calling on behalf of my parents. He then asked me if my parents spoke English, I told him not fluently. He then told me he couldn't rent the property to my parents because they didn't speak English. I assured him they spoke enough to be able to communicate and if anything I also live in Las Vegas and I could translate. He said they don't rent to non English speakers and to please be understanding about it
