I live here unfortunately!! They are not what they seamto be roaches, homeless people live in the dumpster, they charge you services that you don't use.

They JUST bought our property and already made sure we couldn't get our mail for months. They are making us dedecorate our apartments, and forcing us to take out curtains down when that's our first defense in security and against the summers heat. They have poor communication skills and forced the tenants to comply with their want to update the property. They paid for cheap painting who left dust and scrap everywhere. They did not tell us our water would be shut off. They won't even get security for us. When my car was almost stolen several times. They are pushing me to move out by making me change my comfort that I've had for over 5 years. They clearly don't know what they are doing and don't know how to run family establishment.

On February 05, 2024 I received a call from Susan Williams, (property manager at Stout Management) asking me if I wanted to rent an air bnb for the super bowl. I told Susan I already had plans for the super bowl; but I would be interested in renting the unit. The air bnb was located at 1838 North Decatur Blvd Unit 102. Las Vegas, NV. Susan then started sending me photos of the unit. I told her I thought the unit was nice and asked How much is the rent. She stated 1400 a month. I agreed to meet with her to view the unit. On February 26, 2024 I met with Susan who showed me the unit. I agreed to rent the unit. Susan gave me a set of keys after I paid the holding fee of 700. Paying the holding fee was the first red flag. Instead of giving Susan a check I was told that I could only use Zelle or Cashapp. I thought that was strange. The money was Zelled to a Anthony Popper in California. Each time I arrived at the location to load my belongings Susan would show up, she was flirty and would bring a bottle of wine. After Susan saw I was not going to partake in her party, her demeanor changed immediately. After not hearing from Susan in over a week and my calls and messages were ignored I began to worry. I sent a text asking her if everything was ok and will she still be renting me the unit. Susan stated that everything was fine and she looked forward to having me in the unit. After arriving on 03/24/24 with more of my belongings, Susan popped up and informed me she will not be renting me the unit and gave me two hours to clear all of my possessions out of the unit. I asked about my holding fee, Susan stated I lost that. I was told that anything left behind will be disposed of. There was no way I could load all of my items in the car. So I took what I could and suspect Susan got rid of the rest. Because of Stout Management I am out of 700.00 and to make matters worse I gave my current Landlord 30 days notice, he informed me that he has received first and last from another renter. So now I will be homeless next month.

Stout just recently took over our complex (Nellis Gardens Apartments) and theyre kicking everybody out, being disrespectful to tenants, and dont care about the safety of their tenants. Anyone whos had multiple issues with Stout or lives in Nellis Gardens, please go to the BBB to see what you can do because theyre violating our rights.
