    If I could give zero stars I would but Google forces you to pick at least 1 star Accidentally stumbled into this one after a bait and switch by Priceline as I thought I was booking direct. Critical error on my part - Torn furniture - ripped carpet - dirty carpet (keep socks on/slippers) - stains. Just stains every Ask for refund immediately if you book and see this company. There are much better rooms at Jet you don't need to endure this

    They charge you for paperwork they didn't give you in the the first place. How are you supposed to be penalized after two years for a document you never received. It's the company responsibility to make sure the renter has all documents. They do not take any responsibility at all.

    Currently a renter with LSI in Las Vegas. All of the 1 star reviews are absolutely true. Summer in Las Vegas gets up to 115 degrees. On 3 separate occasions the AC units went out throughout June, July and today in August. On one occasion the AC went out Friday night and I contacted the, emergency maintenance line no one got back to me. I contacted the emergency line Saturday morning and no response. Once again I called Sunday morning and no response as well. As I have 2 daughters and the temperature was up to the high 80s. The AC units are 17 years old and they are still to this day no working properly. They have no contact number to contact the office just an email that they rarely answer even with emergencies as ACs going out in the summer in Las Vegas. Toilet downstairs was leaking and they did such a terrible job fixing it, a second tech had to come out. They place bandaids on major issues just to get through the current issue. My lease ends in October and Im already starting a list of problems Ive had because I know theyre going to attempt to take my entire security deposit. As a renter do not rent from them, as a landlord do not use this company. Im sure if the homeowner came and saw their property and all the major issues from the property not being serviced correctly.. they would be horrified.
