    I have been using Everything Branded as we needed to build all of our marketing collateral and giveaways from scratch after rebranding. Julien is the rep helping me and has been fantastic to work with from researching products that would work within my parameters to creating multiple proofs until I found the perfect items. Its been a pleasure working with someone so courteous and prompt.

    The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because they've agreed to give me a refund. I placed an order for sunglasses on June 4th and the Invoice was paid by June 5th. Their quote states "Once payment is made the production time is estimated to be 7-10 days and transit time is 2-4 days". Worst case scenario based on that quote, my sunglasses would've been here by June 19th with our event being on June 22nd, so plenty of time! After paying for the order, the first red flag I saw was that no confirmation of payment came through. This worried me because that's not typical. I hadn't heard a single thing by June 9th and tried to call in, where I was promised a call back from my Sales Rep Dean which never happened. I then sent an email on June 11th asking for an update. Dean got back to me on June 13th and just said "It was Under Production and he'd get me a shipping date soon. Between that time and now, I had called the company three more times to which Dean was never available. I think it's ridiculous I'm the one who had to reach out every single time for an update. I finally sent an email on the 17th saying I was extremely stressed with not knowing what was going on, and he responded back saying they wouldn't even ship until the 27th!! Almost a full week AFTER our event. The frustrating thing is that I had put in my email that we needed them by the 22nd, and he responded totally ignoring that and gave me the new shipping date like it didn't matter. Now we are 3 days before our event with no sunglasses. And had I not reached out to get an update, I would've never known. The whole experience with them has been horrible. No communication, no way to check on your order, and complete disregard for our in-hands date. If you couldn't meet your quoted timeframe, why would you at least not let me know?? I could've at least made a new plan and not been totally screwed like I am now! I fortunately went with AnyPromo for custom chapsticks we needed and they went above and beyond to get my chapsticks into production, shipped, and delivered to my house in a total of 8 days. THAT is customer service. I will definitely be using them for all of our business needs and regret my choice to have tried Everything Branded with the unfortunate situation we are now in. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Nick J is such a joy to work with! He's been managing our business account since we called in a few months ago with random orders and we are picky people. Nick is always happy to help adjust our order or help us find new merchandise that fits our needs. We are those "Goldilocks" people who always want things just right, which can be annoying for some, but Nick just rolls with it and laughs WITH us along the way! Great people and great personalities. Looking forward to using them more this year as we launch our new re-brand!

    UPDATE MAY 2024 - I have changed my 5 star review to a 1... We had our annual company meeting and wanted to order the toolkits again from Everything Branded, since they were such a great hit last year. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we order from Everything Branded due to thousands of $$$ of toolkits being shipped to ALASKA instead of ARKANSAS and our delivery deadline being missed. We now have 200 toolkits for nothing because they were shipped 4,000 miles to the wrong destination with the wrong zip code, delivery state, and the wrong name. Not to mention I caught the mistake since their "procurement team" didn't even know the toolkits were being shipped to Alaska and I had to call UPS a dozen times to try and save the order. The only resolution I received on Everything Branded to try to save the order was an additional payment link for $700 to expedite the shipping to the correct state!!! but the same day UPS told me there was no option to expedite, as they could not get the shipment 4,000 miles in less than 3 days. I was very disappointed in this experience and how this turned out. I enjoyed working with Jake William and the toolkits are great, but this was ridiculous. MAY 2023 Original Review- I ordered 200 tool kits for my company's annual meeting and they turned out better than my expectations! Jake William, the account manager, presented a few ideas and was great to work with considering my request and deadline. He responded in a timely manner and answered all of my 100 questions.

Unfortunately, this will be the last time we order from Everything Branded due to thousands of $$$ of toolkits being shipped to ALASKA instead of ARKANSAS and our delivery deadline being missed. We now have 200 toolkits for nothing because they were shipped 4,000 miles to the wrong destination with the wrong zip code, delivery state, and the wrong name. I ordered 200 tool kits for my company's annual meeting and they turned out better than my expectations! Jake William, the account manager, presented a few ideas and was great to work with considering my request and deadline. He responded in a timely manner and answered all of my 100 questions.
