        They tell me two different things. They refuse to accept the mental health letters that I have sent 3 times. They call and bug me about my primary progress records which I told them it will take 2 weeks

        I got top surgery with dr. Meenakshi Rajan she is the best surgeon I ever had. Going back to see here in a week for my post op surgery. Here saff and assistant are very nice. I identify myself as nonbinary and I got my letter from my therapist to give to the doctor to get top surgery and they were able to approve my top surgery.

        I had to call today to schedule my daughter a follow up appt. I had the pleasure of speaking to Ino. This whole thing with my daughters surgery and what has happened since has been stressful. No ones fault. You guys have been professional and compassionate. Thank you Ino for doing everything you can to make me feel better.
