For more than 30 years, Thomas Dermatology, guided by the vision of its founder Dr. Douglas Thomas, has provided comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care to the residents of the greater Las Vegas Valley. Our philosophy is simple: we care deeply about our patients. Amidst the rapidly and ever-changing landscape of health care delivery, both nationally and locally, our singular focus on patient care has remained constant. From our inaugural office in Southwest Las Vegas, Thomas Dermatology has expanded to include two locations in Las Vegas and one in Henderson, Nevada, as well as offices in Bullhead City, Kingman, and Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We have grown responsibly, enabling our team of skin care experts to provide all the benefits of a large practice while maintaining the care and relationships that come with a small, private, local practice.ÂPatients of Thomas Dermatology should feel confident in our ability to address all of their dermatologic concerns and interests. With many specialists on staff, Thomas Dermatology diagnoses and treats various skin conditions, including acne, rashes, cysts, rosacea, dermatitis, alopecia, and vitiligo, and we are honored to assist our local colleagues both in dermatology and in other specialties who refer us their patients with challenging diagnoses.ÂThomas Dermatology takes pride in its expertise in all things related to skin cancer, which is critical in the perpetually sunny desert climate of the Las Vegas and Colorado River Valleys.  All providers are specifically trained for the detection and diagnosis of skin cancer and work hand-in-hand with the clinic's fellowship-trained and board-certified Mohs surgeons and board-certified Radiation Oncologist. It has an in-house pathology lab where a fellowship-trained Dermatopathologist prepares and interprets skin biopsies, so patients get a quick and accurate diagnosis.ÂFor patients with cosmetic interests, Thomas Dermatology has an extensive aesthetics department featuring a team of experts who provide cosmetic injections like Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin and dermal fillers, as well as a full suite of state of the art lasers and MedSpa services. The newest addition to the clinic is a facial plastic surgery division, allowing us to treat the aging face more comprehensively. These services are complemented by our extensive inventory of skin care products, offering patients the necessary and evidence-based ingredients to improve and maintain the health and look of their skin at home.
