CVS Pharmacy

Pretty lousy experience waiting for a passport photo. After waiting 5 or so minutes and after lousy treatment from a staff member who wouldnt acknowledge me until she was on the clock, I left.

This is the worst pharmacy in Las Vegas. Avoid at all cost. They don't answer, they don't fill medications in timely manner, and they suck.

When you try to call then they hang up on you if they don't like the tone in your voice hey hang up on you... The worst customer service ever !!! .. This place is hit or miss... So much easier to hang up somebody on the phone that it is to go in person and get waited on..

I came in for a same day vaccine from a medical emergency. The initial ER and follow up appointments did not have the vaccine I needed, CVS did. This pharmacy was incredibly helpful and fast. Firaf administered the vaccine and he was very friendly, informative and sympathetic to my situation. If I could give more stars I would. Thanks guys.

If I could leave a ZERO I would do so. They are awful at this location. They never answer the phone, usually out of stock is the EXCUSE for the delay in filling your order or short staffed. They always have excuses and poor service and make you wait even longer. They forget to order meds they text you to confirm you want filled. I am over this and going to change pharmacy's for my family. I have given them way to long to get their act together and NOTHING HAS CHANGED OR GOTTEN BETTER!! THEY should be EMBARASSED!! DO NOT GO HERE!
