        I would recommend NOT NOT using Rotech unless you like waiting 55-minutes for them to answer the phone.They tell you one thing but absolutely do another thing. Don't let Summerlin General Hosp order the oxygen equipment from Rotech/. They bill me for equipment I do not have.

        I like to thank, Alicia, Daniel, and Renea, for the outstanding work they did to get me out of hospital, and two to get the equipment I needed to lead as normal of life as I can, very nice each and every one, the process was smooth efficient and outstanding, I can not thank you enough, for really caring for my well-being, Bless you all

        I pick up oxygen every Friday for my daughter and the lady at the desk is always kind, patient and efficient!! I dont remember her name but she sounds like shes from New York although in one of our conversations we discovered we graduated here from the same High School, so maybe not from New York anyway Ive seen her a few times having to deal with difficult grumpy people and shes always remains patient and kind.
