Customer service absolutely top tier. You are greeted before you even walk through the door every single time. Always clean. Everyone is smiling. Staff at the front desk go above and beyond to help you with anything from school Excuse letters, to a breakdown of the payments, to a referral, they never leave you hanging. if I call with a concern, it is Addressed within same hour. My son has said that he feels he is the only one in the office every time he goes there. And I promise that he never is. If your appointment is at 9 and you are on time, guaranteed you will be seen before 905 so scheduling during work and school days are never stressful. You get what you pay for when you come to this office. Your child is more than a number so compassion is something this place doesnt lack. I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you to the staff at this place. Everyone from the office back to front desk to the techs. it is really hard to find good medical services here in the city but this company got it right the First time and every time. They are so gentle with all of their patients. Im even getting something for my money, the amazing coffee options and the games to entertain my smaller children. The attention to detail is important and appreciated .Thank you again.

Finished my Invisalign process today! I have graduated at 66 years young, finally have beautiful straight teeth! Truman Orthodontics staff and service was amazing!

We've had a great experience so far. All staff has been friendly and Sara has made each appointment thusfar seemless and easy. My child was very nervous and Sara was thorough with explaining each step to help ease the nerves. My kids are always excited to go because of the games in the waiting area too. Lol Thanks Truman Orthodontics!
