NACA

I was approved by NACA in the beginning of March 2024. It took a little while to search a property within my budget because Las Vegas market is very difficult right now, but my offer was accepted this week. I am just so grateful for NACA. Im a public employee, so I have a stable job but I dont earn a lot of money. My own bank (Wells Fargo) did not approve me for a down payment assistance program even though my credit score is mid-700 and I have been banking with them for over 15 years. First time home buyers program Nevada state offers has a very strict debt-to-income ratio restriction and interest rate is high. I make too much money for grants according to other down payment assistance programs. So, I highly recommend NACA to everyone but especially to those who dont earn enough money to save up for down payment but make a little too much to get any grants/assistance. It took longer to get an approval, but I am happy I found out about NACA. Other lender actually advised me that NACA would work better for me than them unless my income increases.

I've been consistently impressed with NACAs commitment to providing education and resources to our community. The member portal is fairly easy to use, covering a wide range of requirements in a clear and concise way. I've also found their counseling program to be well-developed and engaging. They are a valuable asset to anyone looking to buy a home I would highly recommend NACA to anyone looking for reliable and informative organization to help them achieve purchasing a home.

I just had my counseling session and I am super excited to start this journey, not only to home ownership, but to also learning how to budget my finances at the same time. I cannot wait to become qualified and start looking for our dream home Everyone I have encounter in Naca has been very friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone!!
