Nails by My - Summerlin

I received a gel pedicure by My and had a great experience! One of my toenails were broken (and caused a noticeable unevenness) and she was able to fix it right up and make it look perfect! She really took her time to make sure my toenails looked the way I liked, shape and all, as well as making sure I was comfortable throughout my session. The price is reasonable especially for the experience you receive compared to other salons. Very excited to go back in the future!

AMAZING customer service- Im from out of town and didnt have an appointment, the lady went out of her way to call me back and say she could meet me there in a half hour to get a full set of gel nails done. She was so professional and very friendly and made sure to explain to me each step she was doing along with every product she used. 10/10 recommend! Services: Gel manicures, Manicure

don't waste your money with this manicurist. 1.- she told me a different price over the phone 2.- When I got to his workspace he told me about his true payment method, I paid for a gel manicure with tip and a pedicure for a total of $158 and the problem is that I expected a quality work. 3.- she is very rude when she work my nails and feet, she has no delicacy. 4-. I HAVE PHOTOS OF THE HORRIBLE JOB HE DID WITH MY NAILS. I KNOW THEY WILL BREAK SOON, I HAVE HOLES BECAUSE WORK WAS TERRIBLE. 5.- WHEN I WANTED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, SHE RECOMMENDED ME A CHEAPER PLACE TO GO, WHEN THAT IS CLEARLY NOT THE PROBLEM. 6.- SHE IS NOT A NAIL PROFESSIONAL, IT IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE PAYED SO EXPENSIVELY AND WITH THE WORST QUALITY, MY NAILS ARE DEFORMED 7.- She wanted to return my money, only if I agreed to go to her salon again, so that she would I took out my nails, wasted time again, and my nails already hurt.
