Horrible nail set done and poor customer service. I went in to get a gel x set and was met with a rude nail tech who tried to upsell me every 5 seconds. She insulted my eyebrows as a way to try to get me to wax with them. Ive been consistently getting my nails done for 10 years and ive never had a worse set. When I tell you after a singular day, a nail popped off, the polish was chipping. I went in to try to get a refund after a nail popped off and a second was on their way after ONE DAY, they refused me because they "provided a service". the service was horrible, the manicure was worse. do not come here. Plenty better salons nearby.

I drove 25 mins to check this place out. I really liked the customer service however I did not have the best experience with the nail artist. My nails started coming off within a week, the shape was off to begin with and the edges were really sharp. I did not like the cuticle work at all. Within 2 3 days I could see my actual nail because the cuticle wasnt pushed back and done properly. I had to get the nails removed because they do not look professional and I wanted something on the cleaner side. I would recommend doing your research on the nail artist before going in. Overall, the place is sanitary and nice.
