We used this service because last year we used a 3rd party service, and picked 87 Movers,we moved from out of town and needed someone to unload the pod. They did a great job. So when we were ready to move locally, we called them directly. Tony said that he appreciated us calling them back and he would take very good care of us. BUT, I dont know what happened because the two nice young men that came to our home Definitely did not know what they were doing and not prepared for the job . The actual job was not big, we didnt have a lot of furniture to move but it took these nice guys Forever. We moved two miles away and after loading up our rental truck they stopped to pick up lunch. It didnt take long but the office was more than ready to add UP every minute of that job. At the new home, my husband had to help the movers get a dresser upstairs. This job should not have taken so long. If the movers were experienced, it would have taken that long !! We will NOT use this service in the future. Thx TONY
