this company is an absolute joke! I hired them to move me from California to New York. Every single piece of my furniture with damage! When I contacted them they were argumentative and Nonresponsive. When I told them I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau they offered me $100 not to do it. Stay away from this company! The most unprofessional company ever! They promise you all kinds of things, and they hired people off the street to do the job. They doubled my price, broke things, littered my sold home with trash and cigarette butts. The move took 14 hours when promised 5. Kept me up very late, when I had to drive 12 hours the next day. Didn't get all my things on the truck, so I have NO idea when or if I will get my belongings. I can't get anyone on the phone to help me with my complaints. I was charged for things I didn't get. I found out they hired people on Craig's List to move my belongings. That is like inviting a total stranger into my home, or to handle my property. They charged $450 to get a direct delivery, and it was there two days later, but still insisted on the money before I could have my property. I have heard of many moving horror stories, but never dreamed I would experience every single one of them on one move. They robbed me of my money, and my belongings, and my excitement of moving to my dream place after retirement. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!!! One star is too many!!!
