Not impressed. I wish we had shopped a better organization. Rushed through the online process, and requested corrections were not made consistently. Customer service is undesirable.

Buying a house can be stressful with having purchased a home in the past but Kenneth Kim at Guaranteed Rate and his team (Jasmine and John) were there throughout my new home loan process.
