Maria was an angel. My father passed away and left my mom with a reverse mortgage that was coming due, and even though the reverse mortgage company kept saying they would help renegotiate, they kept stonewalling or saying they needed some more documents when we sent them everything they asked for. When we contacted Maria she immediately started the process of refinancing and got the reverse mortgage company to stop sending foreclosure notices. We have now refinanced and my mom is able to keep the house. Thank you Maria for everything!

We loved having Marian be able to help us in our very first home purchase. We knew nothing of the process but she did the best she could to simply things for us in a way we would understand. Closing came down to the wire for us as far as leaving our rental and moving into our purchase but Marian really did the absolute best she could to pull everything together as quickly as possible. Maria is an amazing loan officer! She makes the entire process as fast and as simple as possible. She is always available to take your call whenever you have questions, and makes sure to call you throughout the entire process to give updates. 10/10 no questions!
