I've known Bill Wilson for 24 years. He is so knowledgeable in his industry. And makes everyone feel like family. Lead reverse specialist Rick Rodriguez is the very best at his profession, I have been his preferred Notary for more then 8 years. I come to his closings knowing that his clients are happy with the product and they always feel informed and his signings go smoothly, and we normally do all the closings at fairway office and he rolls out the red carpet for each one of his clients has a assigned parking spot with a welcome sign that has the clients name on it. I cant recommend Rick and his team enough! They were able to secure a reverse mortgage for purchase for me when time was of the essence, they made it happen.
