Guild Mortgage - Jett Miller

If I can give more than 5 stars I would. I am so glad I met Jett and his team. As a Realtor, I need a lender partner that would deliver on time, proactive and give updates without being asked. Jett saved my buyer who chose his own lender and end up he can't do the job and wasted 1month of our time and risk my client's EMD but Jett save the day and deliver earlier than expected. A lot of lenders will promise you and won't ask for anything at first so be scared!!! Jett will make sure to ask for those earlier so you won't lose the deal and make sure it will be smooth every step of the way. He gained my trust and I always recommend them to my clients. I am very happy with the staff they are very thorough, professional, honest, very upfront on the closing cost that the buyer will incur. Also they are very prompt on complying with their deadline i.e. closing cost schedule. Everyone in Jett's group are very nice and I am happy and pleased that we picked them to service our mortgage loans instead of Guild Mortgage because I save a lot of money on closing cost.

Jett and his team were fantastic! We just closed on a purchase transaction with the Buyer being clear across the country. His team was great with communication and the transaction closed very smoothly.
