This finance company put me in the situation of almost getting my house taken away. because they are not clear and professional when filing for your loan. I reached out to them to refinance back in Nov. 2021, they commit an error THEN I get a call 3 months later to sign "missed documents". I was never told I was being put into a whole NEW loan. These second loan UWM fraud department reached out to me as (failed to declare my new purchase I did before this second set of documents) . which seemed for them as fraud. bottom line I hired a lawyer to start a clarification which Lone mortgage never responded to this request. be aware of this corrupt office.

As a first time homebuyer, I was limited in my knowledge of what was expected in my application. However, my fears were unwarranted after speaking with Steve at Lone Mortgage. He assured me that the process was easy and would be quick. Steve guided me through the process and I was able to upload needed documents rather than driving them to him. He was able to apply for a low mortgage rate. He was always there to answer all of my questions. My loan was secured in a month, and I now have a beautiful home with a backyard for my dogs. I wish I contacted Steve sooner. Steve is not only a great loan officer, but I consider him a friend!
