It is extremely important to go into a real estate transaction with a team who is knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy. This includes your realtor and your lender and anyone else you might consult with. Jessica was easily the most valuable player of our team. From the moment we had our kickoff call with her she was a wealth of knowledge of the real estate industry and the lending market. Shes also extremely savvy with numbers and will make everything make sense for you.
We ended up going into a multiple offer situation and Jessica helped us design several scenarios to ensure that we knew exactly what to expect with each offer we were willing to make. She was available as often as we needed her, and the experience held throughout the whole process.
