I placed an order for delivery for Panda Express an hour ago and not only have we received nothing, we keep receiving messages from door dash claiming delay after delay. We ordered a meal for our daughter so she could have a healthy meal before her bedtime(8:30) because she has softball games in the morning. The first delivery time shown was 7:25pm. We have received several delay and excuse notifications of 7:30, 7:40, 7:50, 8:00, and now 8:10pm. The driver claims to have arrived at the Panda Express around 7:40 and that Panda Express hadn't even cooked our order. Let me know how and when we will receive a full refund. By the way - as of this posting it is 8:10pm, I have now been on hold with door dash "customer support" for 35 minutes, it's been an hour and 15 minutes since i ordered, and we have NO FOOD!

The food is always delicious here and the customer service is phenomenal. People are so friendly they make you feel very welcome and the restaurant is very clean. This is even a wonderful place if you were looking for a job to work, I believe.
