I agree with all that was said by Fernando. Sharon is full of it and Omar lacks ethics, professionalism and accountability. The company is careless with sensitive personal security information that is collected from callers and the clients who hire Zephyr are always complaining about incompetence and the callers complain about agents not speaking "good English" because the VP of Operation lie to clients and present each client with an expectation she know the team cannot meet. Some clients are told and sold in a contract that they will have dedicated agents, which means they pay more for this, where the agent only takes calls for their company but internally the agent will work for 3 different companies at a time so the calls backup and callers complaint about long wait time or the call not being answered at all. The agent is also told that they should not let the client know they work for other companies. The pay is extremely low and some agents are even given only 10 hours for the week. They will cut agent hours without hesitation to save themselves money with no concern of how the agent will pay their bills, and of course your check might be paid late or not a all. I have seen several emails from Omar P (CFO) who told the employees to leave if they don't like how the business is conducted, when they ask about late pay. (Happy to post it here as evidence, I have a least 3 of them). Many clients have dropped Zephyr last year and this year. If you're thinking about hiring Zephyr I would recommend asking to speak with current clients for reviews and then research the contact Zephyr provide

I work from home in the Philippines and I thought that this would be a great company who can help me build a career, but turns out I was very wrong. This company is horrible! Our salary is ALWAYS incredibly LATE. Almost all of us working for Zephyr from the Philippines has been talking about this for a while; It keeps happening for several months and the accounting team or whoever is taking care of our pay at that time is very rude and inconsiderate. A lot of us had resigned a few months ago because of this and we think that this company does not have enough funds to support their agents. I just hope they fix this issue or just be honest and not hire more agents if they can't pay them on time. It's really disappointing. This is an HONEST review so if the owners of Zephyr are reading this right now. I wish you luck in the future!

Employees are instructed to post 5 star reviews to bump ratings some of which here are false names/accounts. However the “owner” flags only negative reviews for removal under the the Conflict of Interest policy, by definition all reviews should be removed then, positive and negative as none of the ones posted are customers. The last thing this company has is ethics, at least the “VP of Operations” or “CFO” certainly don’t. Notice how many reviews are based on non-payment. I was even called and interviewed by the labor board based on complaints they received.
