Ika gave my husband and I the spiel about how 72Sold was going to make us SO much more money than what we were listing our home at. He attempted to force us to list way lower than what we were comfortable with, but we made him price it a bit higher. We believe he did this just for a quick sale, as our home sold for full price offer within 2 weeks. Part of his spiel was how the photos were going to be amazing. We had to ASK for that to happen. The listing was ridiculous, discussing nothing about our house, so I had to write up something for him to post. In my heart I believe he was not working for us, but for any potential buyers, specifically from his real estate group. We created a counter-offer and he said we could not put certain things in the counter-offer. Finally he did go with our wishes and then proceeded to say certain closing costs were ours to pay even though the counter offer said differently. We did not get our HUD statement until 4 hours before signing because Ika did not look it over for accuracy or the closing agent didn't. I was madder than mad, because the mistake was over $600 in the buyer's favor. RUN away from this guy. He will price your home too low, basically do nothing, and walk away with a handsome commission.
