Greatest realtor ever! Nicole assisted us with the purchase of our home through a VA assumption in Indian Springs. It was her first time doing a VA assumption like this and she was upfront about that. It did not seem like it was a challenge for her and she was always there for us. She seemed like and expert on the matter. She represented both the buyer and the seller and she was great at being a neutral party between us and the seller. We still felt like our best interest was being upheld and that she was trying to achieve a fair and equitable exchange. She always answered all of our concerns and when she rarely did not know the answer to something, she was quick to do her research and get back to us on it. Nicole really showed her excellence when we ran into issues with the solar assumption. A long story short: the solar company was being jerks and being greedy. Nicole went to bat for us and fought for us to be approved by the assumption. She spent lots of time with us on the phone with the solar company, helped send emails, found legal council, and researched the issue. She did all of this for the unforeseen complications for no additional charge. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

Nicole is the absolute best realtor we could ever ask for. She is so dedicated, honest, sweet and so down to earth. It made this "scary' next step in our life so much easier because she made us feel like no question was a stupid question. This was our first time buying a home and Nicole was always available to explain everything we didn't understand. She also gave us good advice and was very patient with us. We felt like she truly listened to us when we gave her a list of what we were looking for in a home. The home we purchased definitely hit every check point on our list. Her negotiation skills were excellent and we do feel like we got a great deal. We will forever be grateful for Nicole. Not only is she a great realtor but such a sweet person. Even after we moved into our new home, she continues to check on us if we have any questions.

Nicole helped us sell our home, she made sure that the process was as easy as it could be for a VA Assumption! Which is not an easy process She helped ease our minds over every hurdle we faced and was a pleasure to work with! We recommend her to everyone looking for a realtor in the Vegas area!!
