Blake assisted with the selling of our property and we couldnt be more impressed with how smoothly the transaction went. Blake helped us find a place in literally 2 days. We have spent months looking for a rental in Las Vegas, the market is unbelievably difficult here. We were looking for a 6 month lease that would continue to month to month after. Even though we pay our lease up front, finding a property has been an incredible challenge. After communicating with Blake, he sent me nearly 20 options that fit what we were looking for (most other realtors sent 5-10 properties max and none have worked out so far). We were able to find a great property that not only meets our needs, but is in a nice area, recently build, and beautifully maintained. He did that without even asking for as much as a dime. In this day, age, and business, anyone who cares enough about others to simply try and help out like that without asking for anything in return is a rare and decent individual, Blake definitely at a minimum deserves a chance to earn your business. Were glad we spoke with him.

If you need an amazing realtor look no further, Blake is the one you are looking for. Ive worked with 3 realtors in the past and they were good but non even come close to the attention to detail and accommodating that Blake has offered. The original plan was to purchase a home within the next 3 months, but as thing shifted in my personal life this needed to be shifted to within 4 weeks and sooner if possible. Blake didnt hesitate to get the ball rolling. As I was out of state at the time, Blake was sure to have a video tour ready within 24 hours making sure I saw all the properties I was interested in. Going over all the information I needed along the way. Ive worked in customer service for over 10 years and the attention to detail and helpfulness is second to non. We got the house I wanted for 15k less than listing, while having a 3 week turnaround. Anyone thats looking to buy I would recommend Blake as their realtor!
