With his expertise, we were able to negotiate the price of our new home and closed without any major issues. What stood out to us the most was his honesty. He is trustworthy and always had our best interest in mind. He continues to be a great resource for us as we set up our first home as a rental property.

        Josh honestly gave me hope for humanity! I am moving to Nevada from out of state. Josh helped me in every way possible! And, even though the property closed, hes still assisting me. I have not moved yet, so he addressed all the issues that needed to be resolved. Josh also went to my place twice to wait fort appliances to be delivered! I saw someone say Josh is the BEST realtor in Nevada. I agree, but would say United States! Hes a realtor with a kind heart, knowledgeable in the business, and extremely trustworthy. Definitely, a man of his word, which I truly appreciate:)
