Christina provided the best buying experience we could've asked for. She was patient with our changing schedule and dedicated to helping us. The viewing schedule she set up made sense and worked perfectly. By the end of the first day, she understood what we were looking for and was able to adjust the next day around that. While we were viewing houses, she was extremely knowledgeable and observant and often caught things we wouldn't have even thought of. She is a very nice and fun person, but if something's wrong or doesn't sit right with her she'll call it out in order to ensure you get the best deal you can. Christina was with us through the whole paperwork/contract process after selecting our house. She was always available to answer even the dumb questions along the way and at all the important events to make sure we were set. I've already recommended her to coworkers coming into the city and will continue to do so.

Christina is an amazing realtor. She anticipated my needs to the point that I rarely asked a question that she didn't have the answer to. I was totally satisfied with the contract we settled on for my new home. Christina continually provided the sound, rational advice and excellent information I needed to make good decisions during this process. Christina was so nice, fun, and knowledgeable throughout this entire process! As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions especially as we approached closing and she was always there to answer questions quickly, and support us along the way! Christina is an amazing Realtor. An absolute go getter and expert negotiator. She was on top of the entire process from start to finish, and went above and beyond all expectations. She stayed in contact with the developer over several months keeping us updated and pushing for the best deal. She did not accept answers that didnt fit what we were doing, and looked into every aspect of the purchase from the solar purchase to the soil report for pool construction. She even stayed in contact with my realtor in California for the sale of my home there, offering me advice on that sale. I highly recommend her for any real estate purchase.

We interviewed several realtors to before selecting Christina to help us with our relocation from LA to Las Vegas, not only did she find us our perfect home our first trip out, she guided us effortlessly through what at times was a very stressful process.
