This place was horribly unprofessional. First I was told I wasnt in their system for an appointment but I had made the appointment more than a month and a half prior. They still decided to see me and I met with Jancita Cruz. This was honestly the most disappointing interaction Ive had with a mental health provider, EVER. On multiple occasions I felt dismissed when expressing my mental health struggles. She then insinuated that I wanted drugs bc I said I relate to symptoms of ADHD. She also made incredibly unprofessional comments about her other patients on multiple occasions. Then when speaking about my childhood abuse she told me that its a very common family dynamic and asked if my abuse was really that bad and then after going into detail she asks me Why did you let them beat you like that? Thats so sad you shouldnt have let them do that to you I was honesty appalled and Im so disappointed in myself for even staying after that. Please be prepared to feel like your being accused of just seeking drugs and to be dismissed and disrespected when seeking help here. After waiting as long as I did for my appointment I cant express how truly disappointed and discouraged this place and their Doctor have left me. Shame on you Bauza and shame on you Jancita Cruz.

I recently visited this clinic for both psychiatric and neurological consultations,and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received.The staff were welcoming and compassionate,and the doctors were highly knowledgeable and attentive to my needs.The clinic's integrated approach to mental health and neurological conditions provided me with comprehensive support and personalized treatment options. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking top-notch care in both psychiatric and neurology.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!! TEENAGERS WORKING THE OFFICE, CHEAP SEATING CHAIRS THAT WERE BENT &/OR BROKEN IN THE TINY HOT WAITING ROOM AREA. I MET WITH AN OLDER PERSON WHOS NAME IS SANDRA OWENS & A SEPARATE DAY I MET WITH ANOTHER OLDER EUROPEAN PERSON BY THE NAME GORDANA WHO WAS EQUALLY HORRIBLE. THEY BOTH TRY TO PASS AS THERAPY DOCTORS BUT THEY ARE NOT. THEY ARE NOT WHO THEY CLAIM TO BE. THERE IS NO ACTUAL DOCTOR OF (ANY) SORT WORKING THERE THAT I EVER SAW, HEARD OR WAS ALLOWED TO MEET/SPEAK WITH. THIS IS A PLACE OF NIGHTMARES!! I BELIEVE THEY ARE RUNNING AN INSURANCE SCAM MAINLY THROUGH STATE FUNDED MEDICAID. I FEEL COMPELLED TO BRING A CASE AGAINST THEM FOR UNETHICAL MISTREATMENT TOWARDS ME & PROHIBITING ME FROM RECEIVING PROPER CARE. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Nevada is one of the worst places for psychiatrists and it shows. Be prepared for both the staff and doctors to not be on the same page for appointments, if the doctor even shows up that day. They will call and reschedule on you multiple times from different phone numbers that wont reach the office when you use those numbers, but if you dont show up, youll be labeled a problem. And good luck with controlled prescriptions, they make it a full time job. When youre crazy, you want an environment that doesnt add to the hopelessness, gaslighting, and mountains of responsibility you already have being mentally ill. Id rather have no help than go here. On top of this, because I dont look latino the women at the front gossiped in Spanish inappropriately in front of me. Seriously?
