Keith is seriously one amazing person and he has a great team to boot! He answered every question our anxious selves threw at him no matter how ridiculous (first time SELLING so we had way too many questions). He patiently walked us through each step, helped us stage, told us when and how to act because we didnt know ANYTHING. And he def knows the market and what hes talking about! He gave us an estimate of what he expected our home to sell at when we were just thinking about it, and legitimately was within 5k of the actual sales. Which is practically being off by a penny when youre talking home sales you know? Hands down and AMAZING agent Im actually sad because we moved out of state cuz I dont think we ever are going to find someone as kind, respectful and knowledgeable again :(
