Margaretha was a horrible listing agent - she greatly underpriced a house. She doesnt seem to counsel her clients because her sellers ended up accepted an offer for asking price the SAME DAY it came in even though the house was on market for less than a week. If they had waited a few more days, her sellers could have sold for 40,000 above asking. She was also incredibly rude to me and I would highly recommend people do their research.

Margaretha was amazing. She helped me sell my dads property which was in probate after his passing. She had worked with him prior to his death and reached out after hearing the news. I live out of state and she made the process so much easier by putting me in touch with vendors to get the house ready for listing and sale. She was so compassionate and answered all of my questions in such a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend her and use her should I ever decide to purchase in the Las Vegas area.
