Our experience with Micah and Ashley, Selling a home is stressful, and selling a home and moving to the other side of the United States can add a crazy amount of anxiety, Micah, Ashley and their team helped alleviate a lot of those feelings. They helped us purchase Our first home, so it was only natural that we reach out to them when it was time to sell. They explained things thoroughly and where always there for any questions or concerns. They held a massive open house that helped bring in many offers, helped negotiate for the Buyers to pay well over Our list price, agree to pay the difference should the appraisal come in low, pay all of Our closing cost and stay for two months for free in our property to help make the big move much easier. And when the buyers needed a little more time to close they negotiated for them to pay for every day that they needed the extension.
