Charles is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He responds very quickly to any texts or emails that I send. I am moving from FL to NV - not an easy process to find a rental remotely. Very attentive! Previous realtor was willing to help until they found out we were rentals, then gave me his number and ghosted me. Charles was wonderful! He kept on track with properties and tours as well as helping us to stay on track with applications. Highly recommend his help Im looking for a home!
