I first heard about Kim through a mutual friend (thanks Lori!) while I was deployed that heard I was moving to Vegas after I got back. Boy, did she knock my home purchase out of the park. Kim was very attentive during the entire purchasing process. She gave thoughtful advice about things I had never heard of or seen before.
