We had my fathers house on the market for a little over a year with another agent with no luck at any real prospects & communication was inconsistent. When we switched to Kathy Knight at Urban Nest Realty I immediately could see her continuous effects and work ethic. She stayed on top of the listing price to make sure we were still priced right. Her attention was awesome too. Not only did she check in with me weekly with a progress report, but she always made herself available to talk if I had questions. And she always made a point to follow thru and call me back if she wasnt immediately available. My fathers property was very unique and would take just the right buyer to love and continue what my dad envisioned for it. All I have to say is if you are looking to sell your property, you cannot go wrong with Kathy at Urban Nest Realty. Im so thankful I chose to switch to her. She will take care of you for sure.

I am not from area so finding someone that would have a total strangers best interests was not easy. Kathy Knight has been an angel sent from above. I was referred to her by a friend that has bought/sold multiple home with Kathy. After speaking with Kathy a few times, she understood my position. Unfortunately, things changed for me and in my mind I thought I had no chance of buying a home. I was set on rentals. This is where Kathy believed in me more than I believed in myself. After her guiding me into speaking with her amazing lender, and finally listening to her, to my surprise I did qualify to purchase a home. Kathy has explained everything to me step-by-step. She is very kind, professional, and just such a lovely person. I am forever grateful to Kathy for taking me under her wing and helping me find my forever home.
