I have been working with Ramona since 2016 and I cant say enough good things about her. She is the constant professional all while keeping her personal touch. Her background in social services gives her an insight and empathy for every situation that comes her way. The relationship she has with her clients usually makes them lifelong friends by the time they close on the home. I have been on both sides of her transactions as a lender and as her client, and I appreciate her on both sides. She is easy to work with, never assumptive and always kind. I was very lucky that my sister recommended you to be my realtor during my relocation from California to Rochester. When I finally found the house I wanted you was like a bulldog after a bone. You started the paper work right at the house location and made sure that I was able to beat all bids and still bought it for a good price.
